MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER:
A special budget review meeting of the Shorewood City Council was called to
order by Mayor Rascop at 5:39 P.M., Thursday, November 12, 1981, in the City
Hall's Conference Room.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Mayor Rascop, Councilpersons Haugen, Gagne, Shaw, and Leonardo.
Staff: Administrator Uhrhanmer, Clerk Kennelly
BUDGET REVIEW:
Review in budget of previous changes and possible additional changes were made.
Suggestions for the use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds were discussed; a public
hearing to allocate Federal Revenue Sharing Funds and adopt the 1982 budget was
set for the first Council meeting in December. Date to be set at later meeting.
ADJOURNMENT :
Gagne moved, Haugen seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 P.M., November 12,
1981. Motion carried unanimously.
