CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the Shorewood City Council was called to order
by Mayor Rascop at 8:40 A.M. on Saturday, December 19, 1981 in the
City Conference Room.
ROLL CALL:
Present - Mayor Rascop, Counci1persons, Shaw, Gagne, and Haugen.
Staff: Administrator Uhrhammer and Clerk Kennelly.
Absent: Leonardo
PUBLIC HEARING FEDERAL REVENUE
RESOLUTION NO. 76-81
of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds

Moved by Shaw, seconded by

Budget
Motion carried unanimously.
UTILITY OPERATING BUDGET
Questions regarding Utility Operating Budget were discussed.
Moved by Gagne, seconded by Haugen, to approve the Utility Operating
Budget with changes made in salary spread to show increase in salary
according to union contract and some changes in miscellaneous other
expenses. Motion carried unanimously.
GENERAL BUDGET APPROVAL
General Budget was submitted for approval with actual salary cost to
be spread according to agreement of union contract.
Moved by Haugen, to approve the General Budget, seconded by Shaw.
Motion carried unammous1y.
Mayor Rascop left at 9:10 A.M.
DISCIPLINERY PROCEDURES
Review of Article I of Management Policies was submitted for approval
by Administrator Uhrhammer. Haugen moved to approve "Discip1inery
Procedures", seconded by Gagne, Motion carried unanimously.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
Organizational chart was submitted to Council with additional requests
at previous meetings.
ADJOURNMENT
Moved by Gagne, seconded by Haugen to adjourn the Special Meeting at
10:00 P.M. Motion carried unanimously.
