CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the Shorewood City Council was called to order
by Mayor Rascop at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 27, 1982 in the Council
Chambers.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Mayor Rascop, Councilpersons Haugen, Shaw, Leonardo and
--Gagne.
Staff: Administrator Uhrhammer.
PURCHASE OF EQUrPMENT
Moved by Haugen, seconded by Gagne, to approve the purchase of a Vibra
Pac Roller in an amount not to exceed $5,000.
Motion carried unanimously.
EMPLOYEE REVIEWS
1] Public Works Director
Moved by Mayor Rascop, seconded by Haugen, to increase the
Public Works Director's salary 8%. Next performance review
will be in August, 1983. Motion carried unanimously.

9ity Clerk
Moved by Mayor Rascop, seconded by Haugen, to increase the
clerk's salary 5%. Next performance review will be in January,
1983. Motion carried unanimously.
FIRST READING of EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP POLICY
The Council reviewed the first draft of the "Employee Relationship
Policy". The Policy was returned to the Administrator for changes.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
