MODIFICATIONS TO WATERFORD T.I.F. PLAN (Continued from the March 4 Meeting) RESOLUTION NO. 23-91 RESOLUTION NO. 24-91 . Jeremy Steiner and Randy Travalia appeared on behalf of Trivesco. Lewis moved, Daugherty seconded to adjourn to an executive session to discuss the pending litigation. Motion carried 5/0. RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Brancel reconvened the Special Council Meeting at 5:55 p.m. Mayor Brancel announced that Trivesco had agreed to reduce the interest rate on the proposed bond purchase from ten percent to nine percent. Stover moved, Gagne seconded to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 23-91 "Resolution Approving Contract for Tax Increment Finance Development By and Between the City of Shorewood, Minnesota, and Trivesco, a Minnesota General Partnership". Motion carried 4/1 (Lewis naye). Stover moved, Gagne seconded to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 24-91 "Resolution Approving Bond Purchase Agreement City of Shorewood Tax Increment Revenue Bonds - $920,000". . Motion carried 4/1 (Lewis naye). . . . The Mayor then announced that the meeting would be moved to the conference room to interview candidates for the position of City Administrator. The following candidates were interviewed: Carmen Kaplan Mike Mornson Donald Levens Gagne moved, Stover seconded to adjourn the meeting to Wednesday, March 6, 1991 at 6:00 p.m. at which time the interview process would be continued.
