CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 1991

MINUTES
Mayor Brancel called the work session to order at 6:30 pm.
Roll Call
All members of the City Council were present and at 7:45pm
Councilman Daugherty left the meeting the remainder of the
interviews were video taped with the permission of the applicants.
The following firms were interviewed:
Froberg and Ahern
Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren
Rider Bennett
Holmes & Graven Chartered
Following the interviews there was a consensus among the
Councilmembers present that the video tape would not leave the City
Hall and that the Council would meet again to make a decision on
July 31, 1991 with a backup date of July 30.
Stover moved to adjourn the meeting seconded by Gagne. The motion
passed unanimously the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 pm.
