1. Mayor Dahlberg opened the meeting at 10: 16 p.m.
Present:
Mayor Dahlberg; Councilmembers Stover, O'Neill and Garfunkel; City
Administrator Hurm; and City Attorney Dean
Absent:
Councilmember McCarty
2. DISCUSSION OF LITIGATION MATTERS
Mayor Dahlberg briefed the Council on discussions he has had with Johnson with respect
to litigation matters. City Attorney Dean updated the Council on the status of the case.
3. ADJOURN
O'Neill moved, Garfunkel seconded, to adjourn the Executive Session at
10:44 p.m. Motion passed unanimously.
