1. CONVENE EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING
Mayor Dahlberg called the meeting to order at 9: 10 p.m.

Present: Mayor Dahlberg; Councilmembers Stover, McCarty, O'Neill and Garfunkel;
Administrator Hurm; City Engineer Brown
B . Review Agenda
2. DISCUSSION ON UNION NEGOTIATIONS
Councilmember O'Neill, as a member of the negotiating team, reported on the status of
negotiations with the Teamsters (police officers). Administrator Hurm reported on the status of
negotiations with AFSCME (Public Works personnel).
There was general discussion on both proposals by Council members and staff.
3. ADJOURNMENT
. Mayor Dahlberg adjourned the meeting at 9:48 p.m.
