Mayor Dahlberg called the meeting to order at 10:37 p.m.

DISCUSSION ON STATUS OF CURRENT AND PENDING LITIGATION
MA TTERS
Attorney Dean briefed the Council on the status of pending and current litigation matters.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Stover moved, Garfunkel seconded, to adjourn the City Council Executive
Session Meeting at 11:45 p.m. Motion passed 4/0.
