1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Dahlberg called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Roll Call
Present:
Mayor Dahlberg; Councilmembers Stover, O'Neill, Garfunkel and Champa; City Attorneys John
Dean and Joe Young; City Planner Brad Nielsen; and Administrator Jim Hurm
2. DISCUSSION ON STATUS OF CURRENT AND PENDING LITIGATION MATTERS
Attorney Dean briefed the Council on the status of current litigation status with regard to the Cabalka case.
3. ADJOURN TO REGULAR MEETING
Mayor Dahlberg adjourned the City Council Executive Session Meeting to the regular City
Council meeting at 6:57 p.m.
4. RECONVENED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Dahlberg reconvened the City Council Executive Session Meeting at 9: 13 p.m.
Mayor Dahlberg; Councilmembers Stover, O'Neill, Garfunkel and Champa; City Attorneys John
Dean; City Planner Brad Nielsen; City Engineer Larry Brown; and Administrator Jim Hurm
Council members continued their discussion of the status of the Cabalka case with the City Attorney.

There being no further business, O'Neill moved, Garfunkel seconded, to adjourn the City
Council Executive Session Meeting at 9:48 p.m.
