Mayor Dahlberg called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
Roll Call
Present:
Mayor Dahlberg; Councilmembers O'Neill, Garfunkel and Champa; City Attorneys John Dean
and George Hoff; and Administrator Jim Hurm
Absent:
Councilmember Stover
2. DISCUSSION ON STATUS OF CURRENT LITIGATION MATTERS
Attorney Dean briefed the Council on the status of current litigation status with regard to the Eagle Crest case.
3. ADJOURN TO REGULAR MEETING
Mayor Dahlberg adjourned the City Council Executive Session Meeting to the regular City
Council meeting at 7:05 p.m.
