MINUTES
1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Love called the Executive Session to order at 7:05 p.m.
A. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Love; Councilmembers Stover, Garfunkel, Zerby _ and Lizee and
Consultant Tom Allen of Tom Allen and Associates
B. Review Agenda
There were no changes to the agenda as presented.
2. DISCUSSION OF CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE
The Council discussed a review of the City Administrator. The Council concluded that Mr.
Allen should submit a proposal to assist the Council in reviewing the job description and to
establish a format to set objectives for the Administrator. The City Council will then specifically
define the roles of both the City Administrator and the City Council.
Mr. Allen will submit a proposal to the City Council for their consideration at the May 10 City
Council meeting.
