1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Love called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.
A. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Love, Councilmembers Garfunkel and Zerby; and Liquor
Operations Manager Swandby; City Attorney Keane; and City
Administrator Hurm.
Absent: Councilmembers Stover and Lizee.
B. Review Agenda
2. DISCUSSION ON LIQUOR STORE PERSONNEL ISSUE
40 Those present discussed an issue regarding a liquor store employee and actions taken by
the Manager.
3. ADJOURN
Garfunkel moved, Zerby seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 6:44 p.m. Motion
carried unanimously.
