Mayor Love called the Special Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Present: Mayor Love; and Councilmembers Lizee and Zerby. Stover arrived at 6:10 p.m.
Absent: Councilmember Garfunkel

There were no changes to the agenda as presented.
2. INTERVIEW FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LAKE MINNETONKA
CONSERVATION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
• The City Council conducted an interview with the following:
6:00 p.m. Tom Skramstad, 28020 Woodside Road
7:20 p.m. Tim Boehm, 27975 Boulder Circle
3. ADJOURN
Lizee moved, Zerby seconded, to adjourn the special meeting at 6:37 p.m. to the regular
meeting of the City Council. Motion passed 4/0.
