Mayor Love called the Executive Session to order at 7:10 p.m.
A. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Love; Councilmembers Stover, Garfunkel, Lizee and Zerby; and
Administrator Jim Hurm
B. Review Agenda
There were no changes to the agenda as presented.
2. INTERVIEWS FOR CITY ATTORNEY POSTION
7:10 p.m. John Dean, Ron Batty of Kennedy & Graven
7:45 p.m. Thomas Radio of Hinshaw & Culbertson
8:25 p.m. Tim Keane, of Larkin, Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren, Ltd.

Following the interviews and discussion, a consensus was reached that Tim Keane, of Larkin,
Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren, Ltd. will be placed on the appointment resolution at. the January 10
meeting for appointment as City Attorney.
3. ADJOURN
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
