2. DISCUSSION REGARDING NEW LITIGATION
Attorney Keane provided an update related to prior litigation and pending new litigation regarding Ron
Johnson's property on Vine Hill Road.

Lizee moved, Zerby seconded, adjourning the Executive Session and returning to the June 12,
2000, Regular City Council Meeting at 10:45 P.M.
