1. CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Love called the meeting to order at 6:37 P.M.

Present:
Mayor Love; Councilmembers Garfunkel, Lizee, Turgeon, and Zerby;
Administrator Dawson
Absent:
None

Review Agenda
Mayor Love reviewed the Agenda, noting the purpose of the meeting was to interview Mr. Andrew
Fletcher and Ms. Sue Davis for consideration of appointment to the Park Commission.
2. INTERVIEW CANDIDA TE FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE PARK
COMMISSION
As Mr. Andrew Fletcher was not present this evening, Ms. Sue Davis of 5495 Valleywood Circle
was interviewed for possible appointment to Park Commission. The Council and Ms. Davis
discussed the role ofthe Park Commission as it relates to the needs of the City.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Turgeon moved, Garfunkel seconded, adjourning the City Council Special Meeting of July
22,2002, at 7:03 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.
