1. CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Love called the meeting to order at 5:45 P.M.

Present:
Mayor Love; Councilmembers Garfunkel, Lizee, Turgeon, and Zerby
Absent:
None

Review Agenda
Mayor Love reviewed the Agenda, noting the sole purpose of the meeting was to interview
candidates for various Committees.
2. INTERVIEW CANDIDATES FOR BOARD REPRESENTATIVE ON
COMMITTEES
Candidates were interviewed for appointment to the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District
(LMCD) Board, Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission (LMCC) Board, and the
Minnetonka Community Education and Services (MCES) Board.
Council interviewed Mr. Patrick Hodapp for LMCC Board Representative, Mr. Tom Skramstad
and Mr. Tom Verburgt for LMCD Board Representative, Mr. Jerome Noack for LMCC Board
Representative, and Mr. Tad Shaw for MCES Board Representative.
