Mayor Love called the meeting to order at 6:31 P.M.

Without objection from Council, Mayor Love proceeded with the Agenda for the meeting.
2. LITIGATION RE: JOHNSON CASES
Attorney Hoff shared information pertaining to the Johnson litigation with the City.

Garfunkel moved, Lizee seconded, Adjourning the Executive Session Meeting of October 11, 2004, at
6:57 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.
