1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Love called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present: Chair Love; Canvassing Board Members Lizee, Turgeon, Callies, and Wellens;
City Administrator/Clerk Dawson, Director of Public Works Brown, Finance
Director Burton, and Deputy City Clerk Panchyshyn
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Chair Love reviewed the Agenda.
Callies moved, Wellens seconded, approving the Agenda as submitted. Motion passed 5/0.
2. CANVASS OF ELECTION
A. Consideration of a Motion to Adopt a Resolution Approving the Local Election
Results from the General Election of Tuesday, November 7, 2006.
The Canvassing Board reviewed a "Resolution Accepting Local Election Results" for the local election
held Tuesday, November 7, 2006, as presented by the Election Judges of all five Shorewood precincts.
Wellens moved, Callies seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 06-087 "a Resolution Accepting Local
Election Results". Motion passed 5/0.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Callies moved, Wellens seconded, to adjourn the Canvassing Board for the 2006 General Election
at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday, November 8,2006. Motioo passed 4/0. a { ;2 _________
