Mayor Lizee called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Liz6e; Councilmembers Bailey (arrived at 6:05 P.M.), Turgeon, Woodruff and
Zerby; Administrator Heck; Assistant Attorney Sonsalla; Special Council Hoff, and
Planning Director Nielsen
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Woodruff moved, Turgeon seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 4/0.
2. UPPER MINNETONKA YACHT CLUB LITIGATION
The purpose of the executive session was for attorney - client discussions regarding litigation matters with
the Upper Minnetonka Yacht Club. Mayor Liz6e; Councilmembers Bailey, Turgeon, Woodruff and
Zerby; Administrator Heck; Assistant Attorney Sonsalla; Special Council Hoff; and Planning Director
Nielsen were present.
3. ADJOURN
Turgeon moved, Woodruff seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of August 24,
2009, at 6:28 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.
