1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Lizee called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present: Chair Lizee, Canvassing Board Members Bailey, Turgeon, Woodruff, and Zerby;
City Administrator /Clerk Heck, Finance Director DeJong, Director of Public
Works Brown, and Engineer Landini
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Chair Lizee reviewed the Agenda.
Turgeon moved, Zerby seconded, approving the Agenda as submitted. Motion passed 510.
2. CANVASS OF ELECTION
A. Consideration of a Motion to Adopt a Resolution Approving the Local Election
Results from the General Election of Tuesday, November 2, 2010.
Chair Lizee highlighted the results of the November 2, 2010, City of Shorewood election. Chris Lizee
was elected mayor. Laura Hotvet and Debbie Siakel were elected council members. All three will begin
their terms in January 2011.
Bailey moved, Woodruff seconded, adopting RESOLUTION NO. 10-051 "A Resolution Accepting
Local Results of the 2010 General Election'. Motion passed 510.
Chair Lizee congratulated Councihnembers -elect Hotvet and Siakel.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Bailey moved, Zerby seconded, to adjourn the Canvassing Board for the 2010 General Election at
6:02 P.M. Monday, November 8, 2010. Motion passed 5/0.
