1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION

REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Liz& called the meeting to order at 8:37 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Liz6e; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; Attorney Krass:
Administrator Heck; Planning Director Nielsen and Engineer Landini (present for the
land acquisition discussion)
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 510.
2. PENDING LEGAL ISSUES — RON JOHNSON
Mayor Liz6e, Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby, Attorney Krass, Administrator Heck
and Planning Director Nielsen were present. The purpose of the meeting was for confidential attorney -
client discussion regarding the pending legal issues with Ron .Johnson.
3. LAND ACQUISITION
City Engineer Landini joined the meeting. The discussion centered around the potential property
purchase for future stormwater improvements in the Silver Lake area.
4. ADJOURN
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of May 9, 2011,
at 9:18 P.M. Motion passed 510.
