Mayor Lizee called the meeting to order at 7:52 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Lizee, Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; Attorney Keane:
Administrator Heck; Finance Director DeJong; and Planning Director Nielsen
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 5/0.
2. LAND ACQUISITION
Mayor Lizee, Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby, Attorney Keane, Administrator
Heck, Finance Director DeJong, and Director Nielsen were present. The discussion was about property
valuation of target acquisition.

at 8:27 P.M. Motion passed 510.
