CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Liz& called the meeting to order at 6:02 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Lizee; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; and, Administrator
Heck
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 510.
2. LABOR ISSUES
All Councihnembers and Administrator Heck were present. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss
staffing recommendations made by the Personnel Committee. The recommendations of the Committee
dealt with the potential consolidation of some activities and positions, the potential for providing of
contract services to other communities, and the Park Coordinator contract the City has with Community
Rec Resources (CRR). It was noted that labor negotiations are in progress.
3. ADJOURN
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of October 24,
2011, at 7:02 P.M. Motion passed 510.
