1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mayor Lizee called the meeting to order at 4:07 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Lizee; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; and Administrator
Heck (arrived at 5:10 P.M.)
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
No changes were made to the agenda.
2. CITY ADMINISTRATOR PERFORMANCE REVIEW
The purpose of the executive session was to finalize the City Administrator's performance review.
Mayor Lizee, Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby were present. Administrator Heck
joined the meeting at 5:10 P.M. to receive his review.
3. ADJOURN
The City Council Executive Session of December 19, 2011, was adjourned at 5:50 P.M. Motion
passed 5/0.
