Mayor Lizee called the meeting to order at 7:29 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Lizee; Council in embers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; and Administrator
Heck
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Hotvet moved, Zerby seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 510.
2. UNION NEGOTIATIONS
Mayor Lizee; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; and Administrator Heck were
present. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the City's negotiations with Local 224, Council 5, of
the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL -CIO labor union (the union
representing the City's Public Works employees).
3. ADJOURN
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of December 5,
2011, at 8:25 P.M. Motion passed 510.
