1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mayor Lizee called the meeting to order at 5:01 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Lizee, Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby, and Attorney Keane
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Hotvet moved, Siakel seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 5/0.
2. CONTINUED DISCUSSION OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE
REVIEW
Mayor Lizee; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby, and Attorney Keane were present.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the City Administrator's performance review.
3. ADJOURN
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, adjourning the City Council Executive Session of March 5 2012,
at 5:47P.M. Motion passed 510.
