1. CONVENE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING

COUNCIL CHAMBERS
3:00 P.M.
Mayor Lizee called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Lizee; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; City Attorney
Keane (Arr. 3:07 pm), Interim City Administrator/Director Brown, Engineer
Landini, Deputy Clerk Panchyshyn
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 5/0.
2. INTERVIEW CANDIDATES FOR INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR
Council interviewed Mr. William Joynes from 3:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Mr. James Kurtz was
interviewed from 4:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Following the interviews, Council discussed the two candidates
and indicated they would consider entering into contract negotiations with one of the candidates at the
Regular City Council meeting on Monday, June 11.
Councilmember Zerby departed the meeting at 5:11 p.m.
3. ADJOURN
Woodruff moved, Siakel seconded, Adjourning the City Council Special Meeting of June 7, 2012, at
5:21 P.M. Motion passed 4/0.
