Acting Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 9:04 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Acting Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, and Woodruff; Attorney Keane;
and, Interim City Administrator /Public Works Director Brown
Absent: Mayor Lizee
B. Review Agenda
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 4/0.
2. EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE
Acting Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, and Woodruff; Attorney Keane, and, Interim
Administrator Brown were present. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss employee performance.
No action was taken.
3. ADJOURN
Woodruff moved, Zerby seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of June 25,
2012, at 9:52 P.M. Motion passed 4/0.
