1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

Mayor Lizee called the meeting to order at 5:02 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Lizee; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; and Planning
Director Nielsen
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 510.
2. APPROVAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN AUTO REPAIR BUSINESS
Applicant: Blair Bury — Triple B Equities, LLC
Location: 24470 Smithtown Road
This item was continued from the October 22, 2012, City Council regular meeting.
Mayor Lizee stated this evening Council is going to take action on a conditional use permit (C.U.P.) for
Triple B Equities, LLC, represented by Blair Bury, for the property located at 24470 Smithtown Road for
a minor auto repair business.
Director Nielsen thanked Council and the applicant for taking the time to come to a special meeting to
take action on the C.U.P. He stated he is not going to present the detail information that he presented
during the October 22n meeting. I-Ie expressed his willingness to entertain questions.
Zerby Moved, Hotvet seconded, Adopting RESOLUTION NO. 12 -068 "A Resolution Granting a
Conditional Use Permit for Triple B Equities for the property located at 24470 Smithtown Road."
Motion passed 5/0.
3. ADJOURN
Woodruff moved, Zerby seconded, Adjourning the City Council Special Meeting of October 29, 2012,
at 5:04 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.
