MINUTES
Chair Liz6e called the meeting to order at 6:19 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present: Chair Liz6e; Canvassing Board Members Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; Interim
City Administrator Joynes, Finance Director DeJong, Planning Director Nielsen; and
Director of Public Works Brown
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Chair Liz6e reviewed the Agenda.
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the Agenda as presented. Motion passed 5/0.
2. CANVASS OF LOCAL ELECTION RESULTS
Chair Liz6e highlighted the results of the November 6, 2012, City of Shorewood election. Scott Zerby
was elected mayor. Kristine Sundberg and Richard Woodruff were elected council members. All three
will begin their terms in January 2013.
Hotvet moved, Siakel seconded, adopting RESOLUTION NO. 12 -069 "A Resolution Accepting
Local Results of the 2012 General Election ". Motion passed 510.
Chair Liz6e congratulated Mayor -elect Zerby and Councilmembers -elect Sundberg and Woodruff.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Woodruff moved, Zerby seconded, Adjourning the Canvassing Board for the 2012 General Election
at 6:21 P.M. November 13, 2012. Motion passed 5/0.
