Mayor Lizde called the meeting to order at 5:32 P.M.

Present. Mayor Lizke; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff, and Zerby; Attorney Keane;
and, Interim City Administrator Joynes
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Zerby moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 510.
Mayor Liz6e; Couneilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Woodruff and Zerby; Attorney Keane; and, Interim
Administrator Joynes were present. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the personnel issues on
