1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
5755 COUNTRY CLUB ROAD
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
6:00 P.M.
Mayor Lizee called the meeting to order at 6:12 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Lizee; CowIcilmembers Hotvet, Woodruff, and Zerby; and, Interim City
Administrator Joynes
Absent: Councilmember Siakel
B. Review Agenda
Woodruff moved, Hotvet seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 4/0.
2. CITY ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
The purpose of the executive session was to discuss the city administrator position. The session was
closed pursuant to Minn. Star. 13d.05 Subd. 3. Mayor Lizde; Couneihnembers Hotvet, Woodruff and
Zerby; and, Interim Administrator Joynes were in attendance.
3. ADJOURN
Woodruff moved, Zerby seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of December 10,
2012, at 6:49 P.M.
