Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 6:28 P.M.

Present: Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel and Woodruff
Absent: Councilmember Sundberg
B. Review Agenda
Woodruff moved, Siakel seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 510.
2. INTERVIEW CANDIDATES FOR THE LAKE MINNETONKA COMMUNICATIONS
COMMISSION BOARD
RJ Lavalee withdrew his request to be considered for the Lake Minnetonka Communications
Commission Board prior to the interview process. Joseph I -luber was the only candidate interviewed.

Woodruff moved, Siakel seconded, Adjourning the City Council Special Meeting of January 14, 2013,
at 6:50 P.M. Motion passed 510.
