1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION

6:00 P.M.
Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel and Woodruff; City Administrator Joynes
Absent: Councilmember Sundberg
B. Review Agenda
Hotvet moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 4/0.
2. CITY ADMINISTRATOR POSITION
The purpose of the executive session was to conduct the city administrator's performance review. The
session was closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13d.05 Subd. 3. Mayor Zerby, Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel
and Woodruff, and Administrator Joynes were in attendance.
3. ADJOURN
Siakel moved, Hotvet seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of February 10,
2014, at 6:59 P.M.
