Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Sundberg and Woodruff; Attorney
Keane; and City Administrator Joynes
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Woodruff moved, Hotvet seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 5/0.
The purpose of the executive session was to discuss the legal options for the Southshore Center and to
consider issues in connection with a real estate matter. The session was closed pursuant to Minn. Stat,
13d.05 Subd. 3. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Sundberg and Woodruff, Attorney
Keane; and Administrator Joynes were in attendance.

Woodruff moved, Sundberg seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of May 12,
2014, at 6:58 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.
