1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 4:30 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present, Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel and Woodruff; City Administrator
Joynes; Planning Commissioner Labadie; Attorney Keane; City Administrator Joynes;
Planning Director Nielsen; and Director of Public Works Brown
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Sundberg moved, Woodruff seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 510.
2. CONSIDER ISSUES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, PURCHASE OR
EXCHANGE OF REAL ESTATE
The purpose of the executive session was to consider issues in connection with the sale, purchase or
exchange of real estate. The session was closed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 13d.01 Subd. 3
and 13d /05. Mayor Zerby, Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Sundberg and Woodruff, Planning
Commissioner Labadie; Attorney Keane; Administrator Joynes; Planning Director Nielsen; and Director
of Public Works Brown were in attendance.
3. ADJOURN
Siakel moved, Hotvet seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of November 4,
2014, at 5:50 P.M.
