1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION

COUNCIL CHAMBERS
6:00 P.M.
Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 5:58 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel, Sundberg and Woodruff, and City
Administrator Joynes
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Woodruff moved, Hotvet seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 510.
2. CITY ADMINISTRATOR PERFORMANCE REVIEW
The purpose of the executive session was to discuss the City Administrator's performance. The session
was closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13d.05 Subd. 3. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Hotvet, Siakel,
Sundberg and Woodruff-, and Administrator Joynes were in attendance.
3. ADJOURN
Woodruff moved, Hotvet seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of December 8,
2014, at 7:01 P.M.
