Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 9:06 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Labadie, Siakel, Sundberg and Woodruff;
Attorney Keane; and City Administrator Joynes
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Woodruff moved, Siakel seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 510.
The purpose of the executive session was to discuss the legal options for the Southshore Center. The
session was closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. 134.05 Subd. 3. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Labadie,
Siakel, Sundberg and Woodruff; Attorney Keane; and Administrator Joynes were in attendance.

2015, at 9:35 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.
