1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION

Regular Council Meeting
Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 8:25 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Labadie, Siakel, and Sundberg; Attorney Keane;
and City Administrator Joynes
Absent: Councilmember Woodruff
B. Review Agenda
Siakel moved, Labadie seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 4/0.
The purpose of the executive session was to discuss real estate transaction issues. The session was closed
pursuant to Minn. Stat. 1313.05. Subd. 3. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Labadie, Siakel and Sundberg;
Attorney Keane; and Administrator Joynes were in attendance.

Sundberg moved, Siakel seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of August 10,
2015, at 9:15 P.M. Motion passed 4/0.
