Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 6:16 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Siakel and Woodruff-, Attorney Keane; City
Administrator Joynes; and, Planning Director Nielsen
Absent: Councilmembers Labadie and Sundberg
B. Review Agenda
Woodruff moved, Siakel seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 310.
The purpose of the executive session was to discuss real estate transaction issues. The session was closed
pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05. Subd. 3. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Siakel and Woodruff; Attorney
Keane; Administrator Joynes; and, Planning Director Nielsen were in attendance.
2. REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION ISSUES
Woodruff moved, Siakel seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of January 25,
2016, at 6:59 P.M. Motion passed 310.
