1. CONVENE CITY COUNCIL EXECUTIVE SESSION
Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 2:03 PM
A. Roll Call
Present: Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Siakel (arrived at 2:12 P.M.), Sundberg and Woodruff,
Attorney Keane; City Administrator Joynes, and, City Administrator Lerud
Absent: Councilmember Labadie
B. Review Agenda
Woodruff moved, Sundberg seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 3/0.
2. DISCUSSION OF LEGAL ISSUES RELATING TO THE SOUTHSHORE CENTER
The purpose of the executive session was to discuss legal issues relating to the Southshore Center. The
session was closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05. Subd. 3. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Siakel,
Sundberg and Woodruff, Attorney Keane; Administrator Joynes, and Administrator Lerud were in
attendance.
3. ADJOURN
Woodruff moved, Sundberg seconded, Adjourning the City Council Executive Session of
November 4, 2016, at 2:55 P.M. Motion passed 4/0.
