1. CONVENE CANVASSING

6:00 P.M.
Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Johnson, Labadie, and Siakel; City Administrator Lerud;
City Clerk Thone; Finance Director Rigdon; Planning Director Darling; Director of Public
Works Brown; and City Engineer Fauske
Absent: Councilmember Sundberg
B. Review Agenda
Siakel moved, Labadie seconded, approving the agenda as presented. Motion passed 4/0.
2. CANVAS OF LOCAL ELECTION RESULTS
Clerk Thone reviewed the General Election results from November 6, 2018. She noted that it was a very
successful election and records were set for both turnout and early voting. She explained that there were
three people running for two council seats. Jennifer Labadie received 44.12 %, Katherine Avi Mulhern
received 17.61 %, and Debbie Siakel received 37.13 %. She noted that there were 60 write -in ballots cast.
Zerby moved, Johnson seconded, Accepting the Local Results of the 2018 General Election. Motion
passed 4/0.

2018, at 6:04 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.
