CITY COUNCIL WORK SPECIAL MEETING COUNCIL CHAMBERS
MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2020 7:00 P.M.
MINUTES
Due to the Centers for Disease Control's recommendation regarding limiting the number of
people present at a meeting, and pursuant to MN Statute 13D.02, the Shorewood City Council
met via electronic means. This meeting is closed pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05,
Subdivision 3(b), attorney - client privilege, for the purpose of discussing legal considerations
relating to ongoing litigation to enforce the city's zoning code.
CONVENE CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Zerby called the meeting to order at 7:17 P.M.
A. Roll Call
Present. Mayor Zerby; Councilmembers Johnson, Labadie, Siakel, and Sundberg; City
Attorney Keane; City Administrator Lerud; Planning Director Darling; Prosecutor
Norder.
Absent: None
B. Review Agenda
Johnson moved, Labadie seconded, approving the agenda as presented.
Roll Call Vote: Labadie, Johnson, Siakel, Sundberg, Zerby voted Aye. Motion passed.
2. ADJOURN
Siakel moved, Sundberg seconded Adjourning the City Council Special meeting of April
20, 2020, at 8:27 P.M.
Roll Call Vote: Labadie, Johnson, Siakel, Sundberg, Zerby voted Aye. Motion passed.
