1. CONVENE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
Mayor Love called the meeting to order at 10:42 P.M.

Roll Call
Present:
President Love; Commissioners Garfunkel, Lizee, Turgeon, and Zerby; and Executive
Director Dawson; Assistant Executive Director Nielsen; and Assistant Treasurer Burton
Absent:
None
B.
Review Agenda
Without objection from the Board, President Love proceeded with the Agenda for the evening.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. EDA Minutes of November 6, 2002
Garfunkel moved, Lizee seconded, Approving the EDA Meeting Minutes of November 6, 2002, as
presented. Motion passed 5/0.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Approve Payment of Claims
Executive Director Dawson presented the claims, noting this was a revised list of claims and payments
should be held until approval of the Excelsior Fire District Board was given.
Zerby moved, Turgeon seconded, Approval of Payment of Claims presented, subject to approval by
the Excelsior Fire District Board. Motion passed 5/0.
4. OTHER BUSINESS
There was no other business presented this evening.
5. ADJOURN
Lizee moved, Zerby seconded, Adjourning the Shorewood EDA Meeting of December 16, 2002, at
10:44 P.M. Motion passed 5/0.
