Lizee moved, Turgeon seconded, Approving the EDA Meeting Minutes of August 25, 2003, as
presented. Motion passed 4/0.

A. Approve Payment of Claims
Turgeon moved, Zerby seconded, Approving the Payment of Claims as presented. Motion passed

4. ADJOURN
