Chair Love called the meeting to order at 8:26 P.M.

Assistant Executive Director Nielsen, Attorney Keane
Absent:
Boardmember Garfunkel and Assistant Treasurer Burton

Without objection from the Board, President Love proceeded with the Agenda for the evening.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. EDA Meeting Minutes of October 27, 2003
Turgeon moved, Zerby seconded, Approving the EDA Meeting Minutes of October 27, 2003, as
. presented. Motion passed 4/0.
3. CONSENT
Zerby moved, Turgeon seconded, Approving the Motion Contained on the Consent Agenda to
Approve the Payment of Claims as presented.
A. Approve Payment of Claims
Motion passed 4/0.
4. OTHER BUSINESS
There was no other business presented this evening.

Turgeon moved, Lizee seconded, Adjourning the EDA Meeting of November 24, 2003, at 8:28 P.M.
