Jir reiland sat in for r,: ll :Feeler. A letter of resignation from Jim was
accepted with regret. Jim has been a park commission member since its incep—
ticn and every member will miss his excellent work and sound judp.ment. Ji.m

his name sill be recommended to the council The motion i•,as seconded and
carried.
Fern '!:'atten brought us some amended plans for 'the Cathcart building.' Ile s=.i:id
he would have the complete contract: documents available by September 1st. The
possibility of buyi.n€ a Minneapolis Public School temporary building was also
discussed. 'Eill and 7 � i.n will check v;ith the Chanhassen building permit inspec—
tor as to procedures.
Our next meeting, Aug..ust 29th, i %ill be at iJew Field at 7 P.Ml. At that tirle we
will meet with Dale Evans and T ci % Cans to see the site and plans for a ney.
