Members Present: Chairman Don Goettelman, John Breckheimer, Gordon
Lindstrom and Councilman Keeler
Members Absent: Win Drews, Robert Nygaard, Roger Stein and
Conrad Schmid
Near Mountain Project
Councilman'Keeler reported that the developer is still reviewing
the proposal in regards to the park dedication. He will meet
with the developer in the near future.
Manor Park
Acquisition of property next to Manor Park is being negotiated by
Attorney Kelly.

The balance of this meeting was spent reviewing the park plan.
Even though there were not enough members of the Park Commission
p- resent to conduct a formal meeting, the balance of the plan was
reviewed. In order to hasten this process along, I suggest the
next meeting be held with the council. With this thought in mind,
will all Park Commission members please review the plan again
individually in preparation for this meeting.
Meeting with Council Re: the park plan to be scheduled at
convenience of council. Park Commission members to be notified
by phone.
Next regular meeting of Park Commission to be November 5, 1979
