Memorandum Agreement for use of City Athletic Fields
This agreement, as submitted by Village Attorney Kelly, was acceptable

• This would recognize the need for higher maintenance costs for those
athletic associations with higher numbers of participates. We will be
glad to discuss further with the council.
Since this concept of charging the athletic associations for use of the
city fields is new, we would prefer meeting with each association before
establishing the fee level. Our goal will be to meet with one association
each Park Commission meeting to explain the concept and we will start with
the football organizations this month.
Meeting adjourned at 9:40 P.M.
Next meeting to be May 20, 1980 7:30 P.M.
Respectfully submitted,
Don Goettelman, Chairman
